Thomas L. Skorczeski has practiced law since 1986, primarily in the area of health care operations. He has a masters degree in hospital administration, with four years' experience as an administrator prior to attending law school. Tom has extensive legal experience in employment, survey and licensure issues, reimbursement, fraud and abuse, involuntary discharges, civil litigation, environmental law, and ancillary services contracts. He routinely represents clients in EEOC and Minnesota Department of Human Rights discrimination cases. His recent cases have also included complex Medicare and Medical Assistance reimbursement issues.
