                                        JUDITH R. GARTNER

                                        Retired

                                        BARBARA J. BLUMER

                                        Of Counsel

To Our Clients and Friends,

By representing and advising countless clients in corporate and business law matters, for over fourteen years Judith Gartner has been a cornerstone to the legal practice of Orbovich & Gartner Chartered. Judith has represented our clients admirably in major complex acquisitions, mergers, refinancings and reorganizations. She always dispenses her sound day-to-day legal advice in a comprehensible, professional and friendly manner.

For those of you following Judith’s health status, we are elated to report that she is doing remarkably well. You may learn up-to-date details by visiting her Caring Bridge website at www.caringbridge.org/visit/judithgartner.

But prevailing over a challenging disease can re-focus one’s priorities. It is with mixed joy, sorrow and envy that we announce Judith’s retirement from the practice of law. Judith is looking forward to spending her retirement years with her husband, Lud, and their daughters’ families, especially Judith’s four grandchildren.

One reason Judith has felt confident undertaking this change is that she knows she is leaving her practice in excellent hands. Over the past several years, Susan Schaffer and Tom Skorczeski have actively assisted and worked with Judith in all areas of the firm's corporate practice.

Sarah, Gerri, Barb, Tom, Sue and I wish Judith a retirement that is so boring, tedious and uneventful that she jumps back into our practice as soon as possible. Or, in the alternative, we hope she enjoys a long, exciting and wonderful retirement. She earned it!

                                                                                    Sincerely,

                                                                                    Sam Orbovich
